Women's Kicks and Sips event

Ladies! If you're a baddie and looking for an empowering, high energy, and caffeinated good time then this event is for you!

Enjoy hanging out with a group of wonderful and empowering ladies, kick back and enjoy a latte while we discuss self-defense awareness, and then hop on the mats to learn effective strikes, self-defense techniques, and voice drills, all while having a butt whooping good time! 💪

Oh yeah, did we mention....bring your bestie, mom, daughter, aunt, niece, grandma, or any wonderful lady in your life!
